Why Manually Verify?


Even after automated data calls, rule review, and toolsets, a question may still exist about the validity of an application.


Some criteria may push an application to manual review, such as questionable risk or high debt/payment to income – need to confirm stated       information and ability to pay.


Non-FCRA compliant data sources can not be used to decline an application – criteria indicating high risk from this type of data or solution require a   manual verification of the application.
